Like Ramsey & Cook, wish they would have held the 2 ways open. Think Ramsey better on D than JD. Hopefully they add Ramsey and Cook to Maine and can watch them and Watson as candidates for 15th spot? Watson and Cook may be redundant with Tillman. Cook a better athlete and a great motor guy that can attack the rim and posterize people
I liked what Cook showed. I'm not sure they take him over Watson, as Watson fits their system more - despite being undersized. Ramsey has looked good, I think if he doesn't get any NBA offers, he could stick in Maine as a straight G-League guy (no two-way)
Only if he would fit the need. If KP doesn't return or something else happens in the post. Cook much quicker and aggressive down low, Watson a better perimeter game. See his game a lot like Grant Williams, but a better passer. Even then Brad will likely keep and eye on the market and Queta's development
I totally agree here. Cook flashed some good signs on Wednesday. I really liked what he offered off the bench. Be interesting to see how they move forward with him and rounding out the roster (and feeder system)
Walsh seems sped-up every single time he touches the ball. I know he's young, but not something I expected after a full year of G-League and NBA exposure.
Yup. He's entering his third season now, I thought he would have improved more than this. Gonna be tough for him to crack the rotation or stick on the roster beyond the upcoming season.
Still, he was a late second rounder, and was super raw, not all of them will hit, unfortunately.
