One down, three more rounds to go

The Boston Celtics made light work of the Miami Heat in their five-game playoff series. Erik Spoelstra’s team had some significant injury issues, yet the Celtics stayed locked in and didn’t play down to the competition.

Now, The Celtics are waiting to find out who they’re facing in the second round. Will the Cleveland Cavaliers close out their series against the Orlando Magic tonight? Or Will Paolo Banchero and Co. force a game seven?

I’m joined by Brenden Nunes to discuss how each potential matchup could alter Joe Mazzulla’s rotation, some lessons we can take from the overall series against Miami, and why it’s logical to expect the Celtics to get tested but not get taken into deep waters.

As a note to anyone who chooses to listen, there is a 5-minute segment where we break down some film. We tried to make it accessible for both audio and visual, however that isn’t always easy…So, that clip is below, too.

Finally, no newsletter today…I’m diving into some Cavs/Magic stuff ahead of the weekend, so I’m ready when a scouting report needs to drop :) Catch everybody tomorrow!

And as always, if you’re new here, why not stick around by hitting subscribe?
